Our 4-Hour day trip to Spieden (Safari) Island will depart at 10:00am from West Sound Public Dock on Orcas Island. We will pass the scenic islands of Crane, Shaw, Wasp, Jones and San Juan before arriving at the Southern Coast of Spieden Island at approximately 11:00am. Spieden Island was once owned by Actor John Wayne and since the 1970's has been populated by rare and exotic animals, such as mouflon sheep from Corsica, fallow deer from Europe, and Sika deer from Japan. Our charter will explore the shorelines of this most unique island (unfortunately we are not allowed to dock on the island, but we should get an amazing view from the water). The tour around Spieden will last around 1.5 Hour before the return voyage to Orcas. We will arrive back at West Sound Dock at 2:00pm. Book now! Limited dates available.
